Where are we and what is the cost of shipping?

Our headquarter is in New York, USA.  We have our product design, manufacture and fulfillment team in multiple worldwide offices and warehouses to offer you the best shipping options.

How many days will it take to receive my order and what countries are included for shipping?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours after purchase. Our shipping service is available worldwide, it takes approx. 5-14 days to receive your order depending on your country of location. 

How many modes are there included in this light kit?

There are over RGB 16 million colors and 4 patterns(constant, flashing, jumping and gradient) for selection.

Are these controlled via mobile app? 

Yes, these LED lights can be controlled simply by our mobile app, the instructions are included in the package.  

Are these light strips customizable?

Absolutely! There are a few LED light tubes per light kit. They are easy to cut and you can cut them into any length to fit in your wanted areas.

Will these void my car warranty?

Certainly not! We only use external power sources, so you need not to worry about wiring internally and damaging your car's warranty.

Hi, if I wanted to get the whole set but just want to use the center console lighting, will it still work?

Yes, it will still work. You can remove the irrelevant plugs and install the center console lighting. 

How to get these installed? 

Our tutorials are available on our Youtubte channel @addondesign. There will be instruction manuals provided after your order.
