ARE THERE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR MY ORDERS?
A Track & Trace will be sent to the customer after the order has being processed and when it has been shipped from our warehouses, typically within 24-48 hours after purchase. Please note that all shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment.
WHY OR WILL MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?
If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different international warehouses to expedite delivery. Occasionally, popular items or those on backorder may be sent separately to ensure swift delivery without delay.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Your order will be shipped directly from one of our domestic or international warehouses. Our team works diligently to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Please allow an estimated 5-10 business days for both USA and international delivery, as delivery times may vary based on product availability and location.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
WHAT TO DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR POSTPONED?
All our shipments include insurance coverage. In the event of delays, customs issues, or if a package is lost during transit, we will take full responsibility. We will either send a replacement with expedited shipping and full tracking, if available, or refer to our refund and return policy for applicable procedures.
Please note, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, or if it is stolen, we regret that we cannot be held liable. You may contact the courier service directly for further assistance using the provided contact and tracking details.
WHAT IS EXPRESS/ PRIORITY SHIPPING?
We offer an Express aka. Priority Shipping option for an additional fee. This ensures priority processing of your order that includes fastest delivery and international tracking followed by local delivery service tracking.
