30-Day Limited Warranty and Condition

We provide a 30-day warranty covering confirmed manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same new, unused condition as received. Our return window lasts for 30 days from the original purchase date; unfortunately, any requests made after this period are ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Quality Verification Process

To ensure a fair and efficient resolution for all parties, every return request undergoes a formal verification process. We require a clear video and high-resolution photos demonstrating the technical fault, which allows our team to accurately assess the issue. Please contact our support team to obtain a return authorization before shipping any items, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted or processed.

Defining Eligible Returns

Our policy is designed to protect customers against genuine manufacturing faults. Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for a refund. We encourage careful selection before purchase, as we do not honor returns based on subjective preferences, "buyerâs remorse," or change of mind. Furthermore, subtle differences in color or texture due to display settings or natural material characteristics are not considered faults. Damage arising from improper installation, accidental drops, or any unauthorized modifications is also excluded from this policy.

Shipping and Logistics

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where a manufacturing fault is confirmed by our technical team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as Add-On Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds and Processing
Â
Once your return is received and our technicians have verified the functional defect, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Please be advised that items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and may only be eligible for exchange in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If an order has already entered the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation requests submitted before the order is processed, a 20% administrative fee will be applied to cover non-refundable transaction charges and handling costs.
